Definitions...Atuuschaaw [ahtooshaw] -proper noun 1: A species nearing extinction. This species can be read about in historical articles on the 60's and the revolution, (real or imagined), that transpired during that era and time of this country's evolution. This species has lived through social upheavels and unjust wars in another unjust time. Easily recognized by the graying hair, arthritic joints, and weathered exterior. 2: A semi-retired pipe fitter who has worked, driven, lived, and almost died in practically every state in the last 25 years on thousands of construction projects. Wheat [hweet, weet] -noun 1: grains of common wheat; sometimes cooked whole or cracked as cereal; usually ground into flour [syn: wheat berry] Head [hed] -noun 1: considered as the center of the intellect, as of thought, memory, understanding, or emotional control; mind; brain Wheathead [hweethed] -noun 1: A person whose emotional control, intellect, or brain has been cooked, cracked, or ground via the online stream of WWR.

I thought it might be a good idea to supply a personal critique of the different items on the menu. As I try them, I'll offer my personal thoughts. Of course you have to remember, my taste buds have been permanently altered due to the length of time I've been exposed to the southern fried cuisine. 
Last night we had the Roast Chicken Rendezvous with garlic potatoes and green beans. The chicken was very tasty with a good blend of spices...very tender! I also found the garlic mashed potatoes very good! They might be a little heavy on the garlic for some people...but I love garlic and it helps keep the mosquitoes at bay! 
The green beans were a little too crunchy for me...I cooked them an extra 15 minutes or so just to tender 'em up. I know steamed veggies are better for you, but I haven't been able to get accustomed to them. But the taste of the beans were very good...very good flavor! So I give this first meal a

I'd like to thank all of you once again for all the warm thoughts and especially for the food. The UPS just delivered the meals y'all so graciously purchased for us from Send a Meal. The meals came frozen and packed with dry ice in two large styrofoam containers. After quite a bit of arranging and discarding...we've managed to get all the food into the side by side freezer!
